Royal Governor in Boardwalk ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing, N. J., Aug. 19. Mrs. Esther duPont Weirs Royal Governor arrives tomorrow to fulfill his engagement in Saturdays 5,000 added Boardwalk Handicap, one mile turf course race. The Pilate gelding, in the midst of a comeback, has been unsuccessful in five starts this year. Royal Governor, unraced in 1952, scored one of his most notable victories over tiie grass in the 1951 running of the Stars and Stripes Handicap.
