Cook to Resume Riding HAZEL PARK, Mich., Aug. 19. Jockey Lois Cook, who was leading rider at the Detroit Race Course meeting, will resume saddle activity here Friday. Cook has been sitting out a 10-day rough-riding suspension, meted him by the" Hazel Park stewards.
