Skelly Can Make 1 11 Pounds AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 23.— When Jack Skelly was released from the Sea Bees after a two-year hitch he weighed 138 pounds. The 30-year-old Springfield, 111., lad who rode the- Clearwater Stables Strife to victory yesterday can now do 111. The Mobile-owned stables Royal Coinage, who scored so convincingly last Saturday, was not made eligible for the Tremont.
