HBPA Election at Detroit DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 23. — Harry W. Lindy, president of the Michigan division of the HBPA, announced that voting for the election of the executive committee will be held Thursday, June 24, in the MRA racing secretarys office. Polls will be open from 10:00 a. m. until 5:00 p. m. A special poll also will be taken in an endeavor to see how horsemen regard the present claiming rule.
