Observe Wayne County Day THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 29. Wednesday at this track will be Wayne County day. Several delegations from that nearby county will be on hand and a trophy will be given to the owner of the winner of the Wooster Purse, which occupies the eighth spot on the program.
