Stewards Rulings HIPODROMO DE LAS AMERICAS, Mexico, D. F., June 29. The stewards issued the following rulings: "Owner and trainer Neguib Dabague is hereby fined 250 pesos for entering the horse Bogin in the seventh race on June 24, 1954, said horse being ineligible second offense." "Trainer Polinar Campos is hereby fined 250 pesos for entering the horse Miss Tuf f y in the third race of June 24, said horse being ineligible second offense ." AGUA CALIENTE, Tijuana, Mexico, June 29. The board of stewards issued the following ruling: "For not making proper effort to reign a straight course while astride Sir Pen, causing severe interference during the running of the fifth race, June 27, jockey Wayne Burgin has been suspended 10 days, June 29 through July 7." AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb., June 29. The stewards issued the following ruling: "Upon the written request of owner Wayne Carlisle, the horses Final Try and Sparklink Bird are. on this day restored to good standing under the trainership of J. E. Bouse." WATERFORD PARK, Cheser, W. Va., June 29. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "On the report of the chemist representing the West Virginia Racing Commission that the saliva test on the horse Miss Fort Knox, winner of the seventh race, June 18, disclosed the presence of a drug of the nature of procaine, trainer J. Deaton and the horse Miss Fort Knox are suspended for six months from June 29. The case is referred to the West Virginia Racing Commission for any further actiea they deem necessary. "During the term of the suspension trainer J. Deaton is denied the privilege of the grounds.
