Consider July 13 Post Change THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 29. In deference to the out-of-town visitors and the regular racing fans who plan to attend the annual major league Ail-Star game in Cleveland on Tuesday, July 13, the ThistleDown management is considering the shifting of the post time on that afternoon to 3:30 p.m. A definite decision will be made on this question in the very near future according to general manager Louis Pondfield.
