Pay Tribute to Two Attendants WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., June 29. A minute of silence will be observed here tomorrow at 2:15 p. m. and the center-field flag will be flown at half mast throughout the day in tribute to Kenneth Davis and Thomas J. Lewis, park-!ing lot attendants killed by lightning as they performed their duties last Saturday. Burial services will be held tomorrow at near-by East Liverpool, Ohio, where they Iboth resided.
