Hearing on Las Vegas Track Proposal Set for July 6 LAS VEGAS, Nev., June 29. Benno H. Brink, referee in bankruptcy, has given notice that a hearing will be held Tuesday, July 6, in the courtroom of the United States District Court in the post-office building in Las Vegas on a proposal to lease, with an option to purchase, the plant of the bankrupt Las Vegas race track. The petition for approval of the lease-option agreement with Tbnwil, Inc., was filed by Roy B. Flippin as trustee. The lease, as well as the option on the racing plant, would expire at midnight, Dec. 31, 1954. The rental fee for the period would be 5,000 and Tonwil, Inc., would be granted an exclusive option to purchase the premises, including two existing leases and all other assets, other than cash, of the bankrupt club. The purchase price would be a sum sufficient to cover all liens, mortgages and encumbrances against the property, and all creditors whose claims have been approved by the referee. The deadline for filing claims is Sept. 29, 1954.
