New England Notes NARRAGANSETT PARK, Paw tucked, R. I., June 9. Paul Andolinos Boston Doge, once-beaten in 11 starts, was among three horses checked in yesterday under the handling of Frank Andolino, brother of the owner. Others in the string were Boston Sir and Boston Cable. Archie Lindsey, injured in a spill at Suffolk on May 27, has been released from the Revere Memorial Hospital and reported at Gansett. The fractured jaw suffered in the spill is on the mend. Sid Bernstein, veteran New England campaigner, will leave for a visit to Belmont Park tomorrow to call on Max Hirsch and to attend the sales there Wednesday and Thursday. Hell be back at Gansett Friday. Also attending the Belmont sales will be H. C. "Billiken" Wolfe who expects to augment his stock. Wolfe was one of the owners and, trainers who suffered considerable loss in the Lincoln Downs barn fire last April. Trainer W. M. Emerson is anxious to have Nancy Byard, owner of thoroughbreds, contact him at Gansett regarding an imnortant matter.
