Colts Sign Collegian BALTIMORE, Md., June 9 UP.— The Baltimore Colts today announced the signing of Billy Bradshaw, Bowling Green University quarterback to a pro football contract. Bradshaw -compiled a two-year punting yardage of 43.9 to top the NCAA ratings for small colleges. Coach Webb Ewbank hopes he will be able to handle the punting duties for the Colts now that quarterback Cotton Davidson has entered the service.
