Reeves to Handle Best Air RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 8.— Jockey R. "Bobby" Reeves, currently plying, his trade at this oval, has been engaged to ride L. W. Frys Best Air in the Detroit Handicap next Saturday. The Fry colorbearer turned in a commendable effort in the Decoration Day Handicap, closing feature at Beulah Park, when he was beaten by B. H. Wises Mr. Dink after showing the way through the stretch. Reeves and his agent, Charlie Hopple, will motor to Detroit Friday after filling his riding engagement, and will return to accept mounts for Mondays program here.
