Stewards Rulings DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 9. — Michigan State Racing Commissioner James H. Inglis approved the following ruling of the Michigan Racing Association stewards: "It is recommended that owner An-gelo Joseph Lombardi be suspended 15 days June 9 through June 23 inclu-the board of stewards, sive for making false statements to "It is further recommended that entry of the horses Devil Seven, Kathy Girl, Depth Rocket and Feigned, owned by Lombardi, be refused and that Lombardi be denied the grounds for the period of this suspension." HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., June 9. — The board of stewards handed down the following rulings: "For being late in the receiving barn with the horse Pleasurio on June S, trainer Keith L. Stucki is fined the sum of 5.00. "For careless riding, causing interference, resulting in disqualification of his mount when up on Silverado in the eighth race June 8, jockey William Shoemaker is suspended for five racing days, June 11 to June 17, inclusive."
