SAM PARK, well placed and saving ground from the r* start, responded readily when hard urged through the stretch, disposed of MILK WAR and won going away. The f latter went to the front early, made the pace to the final furlong but could not stay with the winner, although Lftasily best of the others. FAMOUS CORNER lacked early foot but finished strongly. BUCKS FREEDOM made fa bold bid approaching the stretch but failed to stay when set down in the drive. ALACASSULA began sluggishly. HUNT PLATE, never far back, assumed command from DEAR TINT after entering the stretch, then drew clear while under brisk urging. BROAD CROSS, outrun to the stretch, closed determinedly when set down in the drive, but could not threaten the top one. FEUDING raced forwardly placed until inside the stretch, then swerved while tiring. DR. FELIX was unable to reach the ; leaders when set down through the stretch and had no excuse. DEAR TINT began fast, set the pace for a half mile, then weakened. REBOUNDER began sluggishly. MOON LOVE could not keep up. POTTERAC showed nothing. Scratched— 50606 Busier Jim, 117. HOKEY POKEY went to the front at once, established a long lead and retained a clear advantage to the finish without need of urging. JANDY raced nearest HOKEY POKEY after the start, was unable to threaten the latter but held on gamely to best the others. GREATER raced evenly to the stretch, drifted out entering the stretch and was unable to overtake JANDY when set down in the drive. SISTER BIGGER had no excuse. HEIRESS was never prominent. RUSHING, never far back, went to the front after settling in the backstretch, settled for the drive with a clear lead and retained the advantage while under brisk urging. LIABILITY, in hand to the last quarter mile, was unable to threaten the leader when set down through the stretch. BERYLDON moved up on the outside approaching the stretch but failed to rally when urged during the drive. XAPATTER raced wide the entire trip. KINGS TIP was used up before reaching the stretch.
