Rip Luck Is Topweighted At 116 in Au Reyoir Cap Heads Eight-Horse Field in Closing Feature at Audubon By MEL COHEN AUDUBON PARK, Henderson, Ky., June 21.— The 19-day meeting of the Audubon Park Raceway, which began on May 29, comes to a close Saturday afternoon with the running of the Au Revoir Handicap as the featured attraction on the final nine-race program. Headed by K. Parringtons Rip Luck, whom handicapper John J. Klucina has named as high weight with 116 pounds, the remainder of the field in order of their weight assignments are A. Spares Joes Miss, 115; Mrs. B. Korings Our Temper, 114; Mrs. C. D. Boyds Dotty Redbird, 112; Butler and MikeselLs Jo Fin, 109; H. Tookers Argument, 107; C. S. Jones Urban, 105, and Mrs. L. Pitzers Lively Lou, 105, the. latter to race coupled with: Dotty Redbird. Rip Luck, who scored two easy victories over fast tracks before her two lesser performances in other weight assingment affairs, appears well suited here under the 116 pounds she is asked to carry. The Lucky Omen mare failed to perform to expectations when weighted at 119 in the Tri-State Handicap and the , lighter burden here should benefit this ones chances.
