Serdar Against Either Night Or Day Aurora Running Races SPRINGFIELD, 111., June 21.— Paul Serdar, chairman of the Illinois Racing Board Thursday told Rep. Robert F. Casey R. Aurora that he is opposed to either day or night flat racing at Aurora. Serdar made the statement at a conference on Caseys bill which would require the names of all stockholders of beneficiaries in race tracks in the state be made a matter of public record and that all applications for racing dates list sucl information. Serdar stated that he opposes the revival of flat racing at Aurora because of its proximity to Chicago trades and possible loss of revenue to those operators. Serdar told Casey that no applications for racing dates had been made by the group which last winter purchased Exposition Park at Aurora of which the Aurora race track is a part.
