The latter displaced AFFABLE after about a m[le and a guarter and responded willingly during the final stages. AFFABLE, despite the fact that his riders left foot was out of the -iron foe the entire distance when the webbing came loose, set the pace for more than a turn of the field, and gave way after bad landings at the seventh and eighth obstacles. The latter was a trailer for more than a half, moved boldly, though prematurely on the final turn, was forced to race extremely v/ide and just missed. GANG MISS wrested command nearing the stretch and gave way. BRABANT ROSE responded to enter the first flight nearing the stretch and gave way badly. TERALEES attempted to bolt on the first turn and stopped badly in the last three furlongs. CINDY F., after having been carried out by TERALEES early, held a clear lead for five furlongs and then flattened out.
