Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form HAZEL PARK, Mich., June 21.— The following ruling of the board of stewards was approved by the Michigan Racing Commission: "It is recommended that jockey William Zakoor be suspended 10 days June 23 through July 2, 1957, inclusive for rough riding going into the far turn in the fifth race on Thursday, June 20, 1957."
