Committee to Study Possible Revision of Kentucky Rules LEXINGTON, Ky., May 4.— At a meeting of the Kentucky State Racing Commission in Louisville last Saturday at the Brown Hotel, it was decided that a committee composed of representatives of Keeneland, Churchill Downs and Dade Park, and Jack S. Young, representing the state racing commission, be appointed to consider and submit to the commission, recommendations for a revision of the Kentucky rules of racing. The secretary of the commission, Keene Daingerfield, was instructed to so inform the three racing associations. Dade Park was granted permission to substitute Gordon Morrow for J. J. Klu-cina as racing secretary, as Klucina was unable to serve.
