To Discuss Racing on Air SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 4. — The question "Is Horse Racing a Benefit or Not?" will be discussed in the Yankee network institutes American Bar Association program over radio station WNAC on Saturday night, May 7, at 7 p. m. The moderator will be Kenneth D. Brown of the American Bar Association, and the participants in the discussion will be judge John C. Pappas, president of Suffolk Downs, Judge Joseph T. Zottoli of the Boston Municipal Court, James F. Mahan, former counsel for the United Trainers Association and Robert W. Collins, owner and trainer of horses.
