Jockey W. Warren Grounded SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 4. — The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Jockey W. Warren is suspended for the balance of the meeting for coming over too fast and interfering with the horse, Rotate, during the stretch drive in the first race, May 4, 1949, for which he was disqualified and placed third."
