Fine Trainer at Lincoln LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I.. May 4. — The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Trainer W. Sedlacek is hereby fined 5 for failing to be present, or having a representative present, during the urine test of the horse, Play Pretty, winner of the seventh race on Monday, May 2, 1949."
