Can Prove Toboggan Repeaters JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., May 4.— When the Toboggan is run at Belmont Park on Friday for the fifty -ninth time, Rippey and Buzfuz will have a chance to join the double -winner division of the six-furlong event. Octagon, High Noon, Osmand, Okapi, Eight Thirty and Devil Diver each won it twice. Buzfuz took the 1947 running, while Rippey scored in it last year under 129 pounds, the same burden he is asked to carry on Friday.
