White strings, all will be on hand for the May 13 opening day card. Recent arrivals at the Fair Grounds were Moody Jolley. with a 16-horse band, and the thoroughbreds George White shipped in from Nashville, Tenn. Condition books for the first 14 days were released recently and the minimum purse at the local course is ,500.
