Grid Giants Sign Armstrong NEW YORK, N. Y., May 13 UP.— Quincy Armstrong, North Texas State center, has signed with the New York Giants of the National Football League, it was announced today. Coach Steve Owen said Armstrong would play with the offen-| sive line and wear No. 55, the number Owen himself wore as a player.
