KTBA Meeting Tonight ; CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May* 13. — The Kentucky Thoroughbred Breeders Association will hold a regular meeting tomorrow evening at the Brown Hotel, according to announcement by Clifford Lussky, president of the turfmens organization. The Wednesday affair will get under way with cocktails at 6:30 p. m. and dinner is to be served at 7:00 p. m. Lincoln G. Plaut, Churchill Downs racing secretary-handicapper and widely known official, will address the group.
