Y., May 13. — Racing secretary-handicapper Jack Campbell has honored William Helis, Jr.s Spartan Valor with top weight of 134 pounds in Saturdays 0,000 Metropolitan Handicap. Addison Stables Arise, who is to make his 1952 debut tomorrow, is next in the Metropolitan weights with 123 pounds. He is expected to pass up the week-end fixture in favor of the six-furlong Roseben Handicap later in the meeting.
