To Decide on Thunderheads Epsom Derby Status Shortly PARIS, France, May 13 Reuters .—Definite decision on the status of Eguene Constants Two Thousand Guineas winner, Thunderhead, in the Epsom Derby, will be made this week, according to trainer Etienne Pollet. Pollet said he was not certain that Thunderhead, the 7 to 1 Derby choice, could stay the 12 furlongs. The horse never has run that distance but his staying power will be tested during training at Chantilly this week. The colt may run in Sundays French Guineas at Long-champ. American Ralph B. Strassburgers Wor-den and Baron de Zuylen de Nyevelts la Varenda, second and fourth, respectively, in yesterdays Prix Hocquart, will start in the Derby, according to their trainers.
