Jockey Gallaher Set Down BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 13.— As an aftermath of yesterdays two disqualifications at Belmont Park, steeplechase jockey William Gallaher was suspended for 10 days and jockey Keith Stuart exonerated. Gallaher rode Mantle, disqualified from second place in the Belmont National Maiden Hurdle, while Stuart was disqualified from first place on Chee Oaks in the first race.
