Bishop Leases Willis Contract HAWTHORNE, Cicero, HI., May 13.— William Hal Bishop made known that he has leased the contract of apprentice Robert Willis from B. Stilson for the remaining portion of the current meeting. Willis has ridden several winners for Bishop thus far during the Chicago season and gives real promise of becoming one of the countrys future topflight riders.
