Minor Leagues to Hold Convention in Atlanta COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 2 UP.— Minor league president George M. Trautman announced today the 1953 convention of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues had been slated for November 30 to December 3, at Atlanta, Ga. Trautman said he and the association executive committee had previously selected Milwaukee as the convention site, but switched to Atlanta after Milwaukee became a Major League town, and thus became ineligible to host the convention.
