Claggett Returns to Saddle BOWIE, Md., May 2.— Jockey Herb Claggett returned to riding Thursday, accept-j ing the mount on Peaceful Oaks in the I second race. It was the first mount for the j Miami rider since breaking his right ankle I at Wheeling Downs in August, 1951.
