New Jersey Notes GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 2. Trainer Sid Jacobs announced this morning that Robert P. Levys Hueso will start in the 0,000 added Jersey Stakes, to be run on May 9 at Garden State Park. Trainer Charley Coco reported today that he will send Ridge Stables Slave Girl postward in the 0,000 added Betsy Ross Stakes. Basil James will be astride the filly. Five nominees for the 0,000 added William Penn Stakes to be contested at Garden State Park on May 23, participated in the running of the Youthful Stakes at Jamaica Wednesday. C. V. Whitneys Cats-paw fared best, finishing second behind H. P. Headleys Revolt. The remaining William Penn eligibles, who finished unplaced, were Wheatley Stables Full Flight, O. Phipps Privacy, Putnam Stables Swift Sword, and M. C. Erlangers Will Travel.
