Y., May 9.— Paul Fran-colon, French jockey who has been undergoing treatments for a spine injury at the New York University-Bellevue Medical Center, suffered a partial fracture of the hibia in his left leg yesterday when he fell .while exercising on a flight of stairs. Francolon was scheduled to return to Paris by plane Tuesday and doctors said his return will not be postponed despite the new injury. They said the leg will remain in a cast for six weeks.
