CIRCUS i CLOWN raced between horses steadily improving position from a slow start and finished gamely to best GIGGLE. The latter saved ground throughout and finished willingly. RUTHRED was carried extremely wide on the turn 2 by CONTY BAY, but closed fast when clear. CONTY BAY bore out badly on the turn. PLAY TOY had his usual speed, but quit after a half mile. The latter slipped through on the inside to pursue the leaders at * the half mile, closed willingly and was getting to the winner. LUCKY LICK was shuffled back on the inside - entering the first turn, then rallied well in the drive. SUPER LUNAR was in hand while far back, then JJ rallied belatedly. BALLYNEETY tired.
