I 4 Red Fiddler Seeks Fifth Win of Year Vies With Ky. Beauty, Seven Other Claiming Sprinters in Seth Purse at Sportsmans SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 9. — Red Fiddler, beaten by a former stable-mate, Shikar, when he ran as favorite the other day, will seek his fifth success of the year in the feature race here Monday. The William Hal Bishop racer, to be ridden by jockey Harold Keene, will carry highweight of 118 pounds in the field of nine. The other racer, in with 118, is Ky. Beauty, owned by T. McCarthy, who will be piloted by the veteran Herb Litzenberger, and who has been doing very well at this meeting. The distance of Mondays best race, named the Seth, will be seven furlongs and the purse ,000. Rebounder, who has drawn the inside post position, has started several times at the session and has yet to win. He is owned by J. and G. Hejna. Strong Advance, who will represent Alice Likins, was third to Cherokee Pilot and Barbara L. last time out after staging a good stretch run. Flight Captain, from the stable of J. J. Gregory, finished out of the money in his last, and will have Paul Bailey up. Other Likely Starters Others expected to go to the post are Floyd E., owned by J. J. Eckrosh; Head East, owned by Grace Kosiba; Bell Revoke, owned by Mrs. L. Birr, and Dink, from the stable of Marion VanBerg. Dink, who may be hard to beat, was third to Master Red in a five-furlong sprint last time. Dink was favored and was beaten by but a neck. In his prior start, Dink was third. Ky. Beauty was second to Night Fighter, another Bishop horse, last time. The others have displayed but little. Sportsmans Park enters the final week of its meeting Monday following which the scene of action will shift to Hawthorne for the opening of the Lincoln Fields session. Despite the fact that the weather for the greater part of the current session was disagreeable, the business going into Saturday was not much below that of last year.
