Samuel J. Sharpley Dies MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanporfc, N. J., June 9. Word was received here this morning of the death of Samuel J. Sharpley, chief inspector for the New Jersey Racing Commission, who died suddenly while visiting the home of relatives in New York yesterday.
