Royal Governor Breezes Well DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 9. The veteran handicap racer, Royal Governor, who failed to display a top effort in the recent Brandywine Handicap, breezed a good mile yesterday morning during training hours. The 10-year-old Pilate Feathers gelding was timed in 1:42 in company with Rokeby Stables V-Two.
