Hanger Keeneland Trustee, Filling Dr. Rankin Vacancy LEXINGTON, Ky., June 9. W. Arnold Hanger has been elected a voting trustee of Keeneland Association, it was announced today. He succeeds Dr. Fred W. Rankin, who died May 21. The Voting Trust of Keeneland Association is now composed of Hal Price Headley, Lucas B. Combs and W. Arnold Hanger. The Voting Trust was originally formed January 10, 1936. Headley has been a member of it since its formation. Combs succeeded Major Louie A.
