STILTON moved to contention on the outside after ig a short distance, then was taken under light restraint and, coming strongly through the stretch, caught RIVER near the end to win going away. OAK RIVER continued well after being headed by BOGS PRIDE , catching the latter again near the stretch turn, drew out slightly, but was unable to resist the winner. ANEES PENNY had no apparent excuse, being well up from the start. BABY BATTLER finished with d courage. BOGS PRIDE tired.
