Political Figures Attend Racing at Monmouth Park New Jerseys Governor Meyner7 Several Congressmen in Group MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 26. Gov. Robert B. Meyner of New Jersey, Sherman Adams, assistant to President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and probably the largest gathering of United States congressmen and White House aides to visit a race course were among the notables at Monmouth Park today. The congressmen, members of the Yeas and Nays Club, were entertained at luncheon in the Parterre terrace of the clubhouse, with James C. Auchincloss, congressman from Monmouth County, acting as host. Other prominent New Jersey state political figures, in addition to Gov. Meyner, were his secretary, Robert Burkhardt; Paul Kierrian, Vincent Keuper, J. V. Kenney, former mayor of Jersey City; Maj. G. Brunner of Camden, Secretary of State Edward Patton, Bliss Price and Dave Wi-lentz. Also State Senator Richard Wolcott and Father Richard Stout, Monmouth County Sheriff Wolcott, Edward Broege, A. D. Vorhees, Russell Woolley, Wally Gibbs, Thomas Proctor and John Kiely. Also present were members of the Skeet-ers Club, sporting, theatrical, business and newspaper notableswho make. an annual pilgrimage to Monmouth for the sole purpose of a day of relaxation. They were led by their president, Ted Husing. Also in attendance were members of the New Jersey Sportswriters Association and the Five by Five Club, a philanthropic group from Red Bank, N. J.
