Delaware Notes DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 26. Good Try, Tarzan and For Tat, a trio of Alfred G. Vanderbilt racers, have been sent to Sagamore Farm by Alf Holberg, who has been handling them here. Mrs. Samuel M. Pistorios Big Night, who has been on the sore-going side of late, has been shipped to her owners Maryland Farm by trainer J. Bowes Bond. A group of 15 members of the New Castle County Veterinarians Medical Association, composed of local and southeastern Pennsylvania veterinarians, were guests here Friday. The veterinarians made a tour of the barn area, track kitchen, film patrol operation and other phases of track operation. Jockey Glen Lasswell, who guided Buddah Stables Sunny Dale to victory in the Presidents Plate Handicap at Bowie last fall, has been engaged to ride the daughter of Eight Thirty and Sun Mixa in the 00,000 New Castle Handicap, richest race in the world for fillies and mares. Lasswell also will handle Sunny Dale in the Get Ready Purse, a prep for the closing day New Castle.
