New Jersey Notes MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 2G. Monmouth Park officials are anxiously awaiting the arrival of five horses being shipped here from New York by trainer Charles Whittingham. Identity of the horses he is bringing was not revealed by Whittingham when he called, but he has four colts eligible for the Select Handicap on Wednesday and among them are Llangollen. Farms Porterhouse, top weight of that race under 126 pounds. Llangollen also has Ordained and Handicapper for the race while Whittingham has in his charge Swift Sword, purchased from Putnam Stable last winter for 5,000 by Mrs. John Payson Adams. Judging from the results of the first two weeks of action at the meeting the jockey race will be a ding-dong affair right down to. the final days of the session. Only two victories separate first and fifth in the standings today. Jimmy Stout is hanging on to the lead with 10 winners against nine each for Sam Boulmetis and Willie Har-tack. Joe Culmone and Logan Batcheller, picking up speed in recent days, are tied just behind them with eight each. A disqualification in Fridays first race enabled trainer Eddie Yowell to tie Bernard Bond for the lead among the.xpndj,tioners at Monmouth Park. Each has five winners. Yowells charge, Zuyder Zee finished second behind Reighbout, but the latter was disqualified and placed second Jor interference in the stretch run. ;
