Stewards Rulings ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 26. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "The sale of the horses, Red Primrose, Babs Boy, and Bouncing Bern, by Leo Cooper to R. Schreier, is approved and the horses are restored to good standing." CONNAUGHT PARK, Aylmer, Que., June 26y The following rulings have been issued by the stewards here: "For appearing in the paddock in an unfit condition to perform his duties, owner-trainer J. Davis is hereby fined the sum of 5. "For rough riding after leaving the gate while .riding Fighting Miss in the second race on June 25, jockey E. Venero is hereby fined the sum of ?10. "For rough riding after leaving the gate while riding Careon in the second race on June 25, jockey E. Pucko is hereby fined the sum of 0." THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 26. The ThistleDown stewards issued the following rulings here . today: "Apprentice jockey Alphonso Coy is fined 00 for causing interference during the stretch run of the third race June 25, for which he was disqualified. "Jockey Leonard Bianchi is suspended 10 days, June 26 through July 5, for rough riding in the fourth race, Friday, June 25." HIPODROMO DE LAS AMERICAS, Mexico, D. F., June 26. The stewards issued the following rulings: "Apprentice Ceferino Silva is hereby fined 500 pesos for failing to fulfill his engagements on June 20, 1954. "Groom Agustin Lopez Ferrusca is suspended for the remainder of the meeting for conduct detrimental to the best interest of racing alcoholic condition in the paddock for the third race June 20, 1954. During the term of his suspension, Groom Agustin Lopez Ferrusca will be denied privileges of all grounds of the Hipodromo de las Americas."
