Machise Back at Monmouth MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J June 26. John Machise, of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association has returned after several days at Trenton where he was studying legislation which may affect racing in the state. Machise also will gather with members of a special committee today to meet officials of the Atlantic City Racing Association to discuss matters pertaining to that meeting, which follows the Monmouth Park session.
