Momus Brings Ohio Derby Probable Field to Twelve Arrives at ThistleDown Along With Styrunner for Rich Stake THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 22. The -probable starting field for Saturdays 0,000 Ohio Derby at this track now stands at an even dozen with the arrival from Woodbine Park of Momus. This chestnut son of Natchez won the Toronto Cup at that track in handy fashion last Saturday scoring by two and one half lengths. Lyman Richards piloted the North Downs colorbearer in that engagement; and will again be in the irons on Saturday i in the local Derby. In a rather brief career, Momus has won four of his 12 starts and has earned in excess of 1,000. Owners Mr. and Mrs. Eric Cradock, of Momus, stable manager A. T. "Butch" Taylor and trainer Vincent Stott are scheduled to arrive here on Saturday. Another eligible checking in was Mrs. A. M. Creechs Styrunner winner of eight races and 0,680 to date. Styrunner came from Washington Park where his last ef-l fort was in the 0,000. Chicagoan. Earlier this year, Styrunner ,won a pair of allowance races at Churchill Downs and placed to Trim Destiny in the Arkansas Derby." Trainer Bennett Creech has been here for several days and A. G. "Frenchy" Lam-oureux, who will saddle Blue Lem, came in this morning. The days training schedule was very light -with Trim Destiny, Honeys Alibi and Traffic Judge merely galloping but all three due to work out seriously tomorrow. Leon Jones Harold L., went a half mile in :48 under jockey Paul Ward in rather handy fashion.
