Lamplighter Expected To Draw Large Field Atkinson to Ride Illusionist And Boulmetis, Portersyille MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 22. A large field is expected to go postward in Saturdays 0,000 Lamplighter-Handicap at a mile and a sixteenth, with 15 or more sophomores known to be pointing for the race. The line up for the Lamplighter became a little more -definite today when riding assignments for a least seven of the horses were announced. Ted Atkinson, who made his first Monmouth Park appearance of the season on Tuesday and scored with Greentree Stables Palm Tree, will be back to handle Illusionist in the week-end feature. Sam Boul- metis, leading jockey of the meeting, is scheduled to handle Porters ville for Clearwater Stable. Henry Moreno is coming to ride Cain Hoy Stables Racing Fool, Walter Blum will be on Mrs. Irving Gushens Star Rover, Walter B. Williams has been engaged to ride Cedar Farms Our Dance and Hedley Woodhouse is due from New York to ride Mrs. E. E. Bankheads Jabneh. Other prospects for the Lamplighter include Commonwealth, who will be seeking a second straight triumph for owner James Cox Brady who won the race last year with Artismo. The remainder of the field is expected to come from E. P. Bixer?s Bunnys Babe, Beacon Stables Miss Misty, Eugene Constantins Our Prince, William E wings Alibhai Lashes, Breckinridge Longs Westward Ho, Roslyn Farms Go Lightly, Wheatley Stables Dark Ruler and George D. Wideners Ambergris.
