Charles Visits Detroit for Randall Meet DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 22. W. E. Charles motored here from Ohio and is spending several days in the interest of the forthcoming Randall Park meeting, which opens Juiy 16 and runs through September 5. Ten stakes are to be renewed at the near-Cleveland oval this year, the 0,000 Buckeye Handicap at nine furlongs for three-year-olds and up, topping the list. The Buckeye will be decided this year on Saturday, September 3.
