Stewards Rulings ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 22. The Arlington stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Apprentice jockey Milton Dalgo is suspended for 10 racing days, June 24 to July 5, inclusive, for rough riding in the seventh race of June 21." MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 22. The stewards issued the following rulings today: "Jockey Charles OBrien is suspended for 10 days June 24 through July 3 for unbecoming conduct while making a claim of foul." "Jockey Joe Covalli is suspended 10 days June 24- through July 3 fiir disobedience at the starting gate, fifth race, June 21." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 22. The stewards here issued the following- ruling today: "Jockey Kenneth Lee Griffith is suspended 10 .racing: nights commencing Friday, June 24 and terminating July 6, both days inclusive, for crowding horses on the backstretch Tuesday night, June 21, during the running of the fourth race." LA MESA PARK, Raton, N. M., June 22. The stewards issued the following rulings: "Jockey Raymond Dale Salem is hereby fined S25 for filling up" and failure to make the weight limit in the - fourth race June 18. "Owner Bruce Crow is hereby fined 00 for adopting an abusive and insulting manner toward a racing official and attempting to provoke an altercation with same."
