RAOUL WALSHS NEW TRAINER LOS ANGELES, Calif., April 24 Raoul Walsh, the motion picture executive, who has specialized in the importation of French horses for the last few years, has signed a new trainer for his string. Otto Rasch, yesterday, took over the Walsh string, which is stabled at Hollywood Park, awaiting the opening of the summer season. H. S. Swift formerly trained the stable, which at the present time includes Courtil, Mt. Vernon II., Frexo, Industry and Sitting Bull. Grand Manitou, another French horse, was recently retired to the stud by Walsh. Rasch is reported to have conditioned horses in France.
